How do I know what level to choose?
Check with our ability matrix which will guide you through some simple questions and answers leading you to the best level.

How do I know if it working?
This is easy, we use the traffic light system. At the end of each week you can report back with your little swimmers performance, Green too easy, amber just right, Red too hard. If you have achieved a green light for 3 consecutive weeks its time to move up to the next stage.
